WORKOUT AT HOME OR GYM!!
Being healthy and starting a new workout plan can be difficult. Maybe you have tried to find the constant motivation to eat healthy and exercise, but find yourself falling back into your old routines. Guess what, you are not alone! There are so many people out there that need guidance, motivation and direction. Everyone wants to feel good about themselves and have fun doing it at the same time. Lets face it, we have all tried the easy quick fix diets, the magic detox juices and/or fat burning supplements. The problem is that these things are not realistic and there is no gauge of longevity to them for the future.
The reality is that there is no shortcut to having a healthy body, mind and spirit. It will take time and dedication but guess what? We are here with you every step of the way. Unlike most online workouts or nutrition plans we don’t just give you information and leave you on your own to figure it out. No, instead we coach you every step of the way. Knowledge is power and we will teach you how to have a long lasting healthy life!
We will meet with you once a month as your coach, go over your goals, limitations, food, supplementation, workout plans and video workouts to follow. The beauty is we will walk you through all of it and of course we can make changes based on YOU!
We all know how hard it can be to go workout in the gym and have no direction, especially when you have specific goals. Erin and Adam have created workout programs, video tutorials and monthly challenges to help give you direction and support for your workouts at the gym. Our videos will help you understand the workout moves, correct posture and form. You will receive a monthly plan designed to help guide you while in the gym on your own and of course nutrition comes standard. Erin and Adam will be right by your side every step of the way.
